Deposit: Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of $100 per room is required. Payment: Credit Card ( MasterCard, Visa, ) is required to guarantee reservations. Balance of Payment: Due to Travel Services of Nevada by June 15, 2011.  Major credit cards, check or money order. Cancellation: After June 15, 2011, there are no refunds for cancellations or unused nights. Responsibility: The acceptance of reservations and coupons included in the packages is deemed to be consent to the condition that Travel Services of Nevada shall no be liable or responsible in any way with such means of transportation or other services or for any delays, loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of, any person or property. Travel Services of Nevada is an independent room booking agent and not connected in any way with the HOT AUGUST NIGHTS organization.
